Contactless Trust™ is an AI voice receptionist for local businesses — trades, clinics, salons, coaches and small firms whose phone rings when nobody can pick it up. We build the receptionist, load it with your hours, services and prices, and keep it accurate month after month. You do not build anything and you keep your number.
Why it exists
We kept meeting owners who were spending real money on ads to make a phone ring that nobody answered. Every unanswered call was a customer who had already decided to buy and was dialling the next name on the list — and none of it appeared anywhere in their accounts. The cheapest growth available to most local businesses was not more leads. It was picking up.
A human front desk cannot answer ten callers at 9am on a Monday, and it cannot answer at eleven at night. A well-built voice agent can do both, provided somebody keeps it honest. That second part is the work we do.
What we hold ourselves to
Never pretend to be human
If a caller asks, the agent says plainly that it is your automated receptionist. Trust is the product; a clever lie would cost you the customer.
Never invent an answer
No made-up prices, dates or promises. Anything outside what you agreed goes to a person — transferred in your hours, summarised by email and SMS outside them.
A human reads the transcripts
Every month someone in Stavanger goes through the real calls on your line, fixes what the agent fumbled and writes to you about what changed.
No badges we have not earned
We publish what we actually do with your data and name every sub-processor in writing before you go live. Nothing else.
