The €497 setup is charged today. We charge nothing further until your line goes live, when your first month is free for fourteen days. If we are not a match, the setup fee is fully refundable within 14 days of go-live. Cancel before day fifteen and no monthly fee is charged.
You choose a plan, save your card securely, and the one-off €497 setup is charged today. If we fail to get your line answering within five working days of your kick-off call, the setup fee is refunded in full. Your card details never touch our servers.
Live in about three working days after your kick-off call. The day your line starts answering, your fourteen free days begin — no monthly fee yet.
Your assistant answers real callers for a full two weeks while we tune the wording and the hand-off rules. No monthly fee in this period.
Your plan fee is taken for the first time, and we email the exact date and amount before anything is charged. After that it runs month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Cancel inside the fourteen free days from your client portal or by replying to any of our emails, and no monthly fee is charged.
