Getting started
You pick a plan and check out — €0 today, your card is saved and nothing is billed while we build. From there a real person in Stavanger emails you within one working day, takes you through one 30-minute kick-off call, builds the agent, and lets you ring it yourself before a single customer does. Most lines are answering within three working days of that call; where a new number has to be provisioned, allow up to 14 business days. You keep your number, and you don't build anything.
How long does it take to go live?
Most lines are answering within three working days of the kick-off call. Where a new number has to be provisioned rather than your existing line forwarded, allow up to 14 business days. In between we load your services, opening hours and prices, record how the line should be answered, and let you ring the agent yourself before any customer does. Nothing changes for your callers except that the phone now gets answered. Multi-location Concierge builds take five to seven working days.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You keep your existing number. We forward unanswered or after-hours calls to the agent, so you can start with overflow only and hand over more once you trust it.
What do you need from me to set it up?
Your opening hours, the services you offer, how you want callers greeted, what should always reach a human, and access to the calendar you want bookings written into. We do the building.
Can I hear it before I buy?
Yes. On the Hear it page you can listen to sample calls and phone the receptionist yourself to try to catch it out.
How the agent works
It answers every call, day or night, in a calm voice trained on how you want your business spoken about — your hours, your services, your prices, your greeting. It answers ten callers at once if ten call at once. It never claims to be a person, never invents a price and never guesses: anything outside what you agreed goes to a human, by transfer inside your hours and by email and SMS summary outside them. Every month someone in Stavanger reads the real transcripts, fixes what it fumbled and tells you in writing what changed.
Will callers know they are speaking to an AI?
Yes — at the start of every call, not only when asked. The agent says plainly that it is your business's AI assistant, never claims to be a person, and hands over to a human whenever the caller asks or the conversation goes beyond what it should handle.
What happens when the agent cannot answer something?
It says so honestly, takes the caller's details and passes the conversation to you — by call transfer during your hours, or by email and SMS summary outside them. It never invents a price or a promise.
Does it book straight into my calendar?
On the Reception and Concierge plans, yes — two-way sync, including rescheduling and cancellations. Front Desk answers, captures the details and sends them to you to book.
How many calls can it take at once?
As many as come in. Ten callers at 9am on a Monday all get answered at the same time, which is the part a human front desk cannot do.
What languages does it speak?
English and Norwegian are set up as standard, with other European languages available on request. We agree the languages during setup so the greeting matches your callers.
Who keeps it accurate over time?
A real person in Stavanger reads the actual transcripts every month, fixes anything the agent got wrong and retrains it. You get a short written summary of what changed.
Pricing & billing
The one-off €497 setup and training fee is charged today. Your line goes live in about three working days, then the monthly plan is €497, €697 or €1,297 depending on how much you want the agent to handle. The first monthly payment falls on day fifteen after go-live. Pay for ten months up front and you get twelve. All prices are net — Kaada Nordic MarTech is not MVA-registered, so no VAT is added at checkout or on your invoice. There is no long-term contract — the service is rolling, cancellable on 30 days' notice. 30-day service guarantee. If a call reaches your number inside your agreed hours during your first 30 days live and goes unanswered because of a fault on our side, that month's service fee is refunded on request. The setup fee is not covered. The full scope is in the terms.
How do the free two weeks work?
The €497 setup is charged today and securely saves your card. Your line goes live in about three working days, and your first month is then free for fourteen days counted from that moment — not from the day you signed up. On day fifteen after go-live the monthly fee starts. Cancel before then, from your client portal or by email, and no monthly fee is charged. If we fail to get you live within five working days of your kick-off call, the setup fee is refunded in full.
Why do you need a card if the trial is free?
Because the saved card lets us charge the €497 setup today and start the recurring plan automatically after the free two weeks. No monthly fee is taken during the fourteen free days, and a heads-up email lands the day before the first monthly payment with the exact amount and date.
What emails do I get during the trial?
Three. Day 1: your kick-off note and what we need from you. Day 3: short guidance on what to listen for. Day 7: the heads-up that the first payment lands tomorrow, with the amount. Nothing else.
What does it cost?
A one-off €497 setup and training fee, then Front Desk €497, Reception €697 or Concierge €1,297 per month. Pay annually and you get two months free — €4,970, €6,970 or €12,970 for the year. All prices are net: we are not MVA-registered, so no VAT is added.
Is the setup fee charged separately?
Yes. The €497 setup is charged today on its own. The monthly or annual plan charge follows on day fifteen after the fourteen free days. Setup is charged once and never twice.
What is the 30-day guarantee?
30-day service guarantee. If a call reaches your number inside your agreed hours during your first 30 days live and goes unanswered because of a fault on our side, that month's service fee is refunded on request. The setup fee is not covered. The full scope is in the terms.
How do I cancel or change plan?
Sign in to your account to change your card, download invoices or move plan — upgrades apply from the next billing cycle and never carry a second setup fee. There is no long-term contract: cancel from your account or by emailing us, and the service ends after 30 days' notice.
Which plan should I start on?
Front Desk at €497 if you mainly need the phone answered, details captured and messages sent on. Reception at €697 if you want the agent booking straight into your calendar and handling reschedules. Concierge at €1,297 if you have several locations or custom workflows. Upgrading later is one click in your account and never triggers a second setup fee.
Is there a limit on how many calls are included?
Yes — Front Desk includes up to 300 answered calls a month and Reception up to 800. Concierge is fair-use, which we set at 2,000 answered calls a month. Past your allowance we charge €0.90 per answered call, and we tell you before it happens rather than sending a surprise bill.
What if I want to pay annually?
Pay for ten months and you get twelve — €4,970, €6,970 or €12,970 for the year. The €497 setup is charged today; the annual plan charge follows on day fifteen after the free two weeks.
VAT & invoices
Every price on this site is net. Kaada Nordic MarTech is not MVA-registered, so no VAT is added at checkout or on your invoice — the figure you see is the figure that leaves your account. If you are a business, you can add your own VAT number at checkout or later in your account so it appears on future invoices. Your first invoice is the one-off €497 setup, issued when you complete checkout. The first monthly invoice follows on day fifteen, never during the free two weeks. Every invoice and card receipt is downloadable from your account the moment it is issued.
Is VAT added to the prices?
No. Kaada Nordic MarTech is not MVA-registered, so every price on the site and in checkout is a net price and no VAT is added at the last step. €497 a month means €497 leaves your account.
I have a VAT number — can it go on my invoice?
Yes. Enter it at checkout or in the billing details in your account and future invoices carry it. It does not change the amount: we are not MVA-registered, so the invoice has no VAT line either way. Already-issued invoices are not rewritten.
When is my first invoice and what is on it?
The €497 setup invoice is issued when you complete checkout. Your first monthly invoice follows on day fifteen — €497 on Front Desk, €697 on Reception, €1,297 on Concierge. Nothing else is invoiced during the free two weeks.
Where do I get my invoices and receipts?
Both are emailed to the address you paid with the moment they are issued, and both sit in your account under Payments as a downloadable PDF invoice and a card receipt. Nothing has to be requested from us.
Can I change the company name and address on my invoices?
Yes — edit your billing details in your account and future invoices pick them up. Already-issued invoices cannot be rewritten, so tell us before your first monthly invoice if the details need to be right from the start.
Your account & support
You get your own sign-in at contactlesstrust.com/account, using the email you paid with. It shows your plan, your setup progress step by step, every invoice and receipt, your billing and VAT details, and buttons to change your card or cancel. Support is email — hello@contactlesstrust.com — answered by a person in Stavanger, normally the same working day, with urgent line faults handled first. There is no ticket portal and no phone tree.
How do I get into the client portal?
Your welcome email carries a link to create a password. Use the same email address you paid with, set the password, and you land on your own account page at contactlesstrust.com/account. No admin access, no shared code.
What can I see and do in my account?
Your plan and order status, your setup progress through the seven steps, every payment with its invoice and receipt, your billing and VAT details, and buttons to change your card, switch plan or cancel. Your trust package sits there too.
What is the trust package?
A branded PDF summarising exactly what you have bought: your plan, what the agent will and will not do, how hand-off works, how your call data is handled and who to contact. It is emailed to you after your first payment and stays downloadable from your account.
How do I get support, and how fast do you reply?
Email hello@contactlesstrust.com and a person in Stavanger answers — normally the same working day, with a line that has stopped answering handled first, ahead of everything else. There is no ticket portal and no phone tree.
Can I change what the agent says after we go live?
Yes. Email the change — new prices, new hours, a service you no longer offer — and we make it. Small wording and pricing changes are normally live the same or next working day, and every change is confirmed back to you in writing.
What happens on the kick-off call?
Thirty minutes. We go through your hours, your services and prices, how you want callers greeted, what must always reach a human, and which calendar bookings go into. You can book it yourself from the kick-off call page as soon as you have paid.
