Every plan can be paid monthly or yearly. The yearly price is ten months for twelve months of answered calls, billed as one payment with one invoice. The €497 setup is charged today. We charge nothing further until your line goes live, when your first month is free for fourteen days. If we are not a match, the setup fee is fully refundable within 14 days of go-live. Cancel before day fifteen and no monthly fee is charged.
A yearly payment is ten months' worth of the monthly price for twelve months of service. Nothing else changes — same plan, same hours, same people.
Your yearly payment appears as a single line on your invoices page, marked per year, with the invoice and card receipt attached and the renewal date shown.
The €497 setup is charged today and your fourteen free days still start at go-live. The yearly fee is taken for the first time on day fifteen, then once a year after that.
You can start monthly and move to yearly later, or the other way round. Email us and we change it at your next renewal — no penalty either way.
Start monthly and move to yearly once you have seen a full month of calls. All prices are net. Kaada Nordic MarTech is not MVA-registered, so no VAT is added at checkout or shown on your invoice.
