Fourteen free days, counted from go-live.
The €497 setup is charged today. We charge nothing further until your line goes live, when your first month is free for fourteen days. If we are not a match, the setup fee is fully refundable within 14 days of go-live. Cancel before day fifteen and no monthly fee is charged. The clock starts the day your line actually answers, so the free two weeks are a real two weeks of live calls — not time lost while we build. If we fail to get your line answering within five working days of your kick-off call, the setup fee is refunded in full.
You pick a plan and securely save your card. The one-off €497 setup is charged today. We hold a short kick-off call, then build your assistant on your services, fees and hours.
We test it with you, hand over the keys, and your fourteen free days start from that moment. If we fail to get you live within five working days of kick-off, the setup fee is refunded in full.
The assistant answers your real callers for a full two weeks while we tune the wording, the hand-off rules and the questions it asks. Call recording stays off unless you ask for it.
The monthly plan fee is taken for the first time, and you get a plain email the day before with the exact date and amount. Cancel before then and nothing further is charged. Setup is never charged twice.
Same €497 setup and same fourteen free days on all three plans. You can move up or down a plan during the free two weeks.
Cancel inside the fourteen free days from your client portal or by replying to any of our emails, and no monthly fee is charged. Unless we receive written notification at hello@contactlesstrust.com before day fifteen after go-live, we proceed as scheduled. After that the plan runs month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Prices are net — no VAT is added.
