You save a card at checkout and the one-off €497 setup is charged today. When the line goes live, your fourteen free days begin.
The fourteen days
- Checkout — your card is saved for €0 and we arrange the kick-off call.
- Go-live — day 1 of the free two weeks begins.
- Day 7 — a heads-up that the recurring plan starts tomorrow, with the exact amount.
- Day 15 — the trial converts automatically to your monthly or annual plan.
What you pay and when
The one-off €497 setup and training fee is charged today. On day fifteen, your monthly plan starts at €497, €697 or €1,297. The setup fee is never charged again.
Stopping
Cancel inside the fourteen days from your client portal or by emailing us and no monthly fee is charged. The setup payment is fully refundable within fourteen days of go-live if we are not a match, and is otherwise not refunded unless the five-working-day go-live commitment applies. After that the service is rolling, cancellable on 30 days' notice. No contract, no exit fee.
